Project for industrial loft building. We proposed a bridge-like underlying structure utilizing a space-frame system which changes dimensional with respect to moment forces imposed; this enabled uninterrupted, open floor plates. The double-skin glass facade utilizes a tensegrity structure with fritting to maximize solar efficiency.

Winning competition proposal
[04/2012 - 04/2014]
Job Captain for winning competition proposal. Program called for an “iconic” tower for commercial office space with a high-end restaurant and automobile showroom at the base. The facade subtly shifts from a straight line at the base to an arc at the top on one elevation and inversely on the opposite; the softly transitioning inflection creates a unique form melting into the sky.
