Who we are

HOLL Architects, founded by Randall Holl AIA, is behind one of the most innovative, exclusive, and timeless private clubs in the world featuring world-class golf, fishing, hunting, and recreation. Luxurious yet humble accommodations. And, farm-to-table dining.

We collaborate with the greatest designers today in the realms of golf, landscape, interiors, lighting, operations, hospitality, civil, and building systems.

HOLL Architects is the premiere design firm for where the world of golf is going.

In 2007 Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation awarded Randall Holl the singular Honor Award for Excellence in Building Technology.

  • Gensler (NYC, SF)

  • Snøhetta (NYC)

  • Brandon Haw Architects (Formerly of Foster & Partners, NYC)

  • Backen & Backen (Napa, Marin, California)

Randall worked closely with his mentor Howard Backen, until his death in 2024, leading the design and development of The Fall Line in rural Georgia. Having earned the trust and respect of these visionary clients, HOLL Architects officially launched in 2025.

The East Course at The Fall Line won Golf Digest’s “Best New Private Course in America for 2025.” The West Course is well-suited to win in 2026. The signature verticals open in 2026.
