HOLL Architects is a collaborative design studio with expertise in master planning, design, and construction of exquisite private club and destination hospitality projects.

We are the design leadership behind The Fall Line in rural Georgia. One of the most innovative, elegant, bold, and timeless private clubs in the world, it features world-class golf, fishing, hunting, and recreation; luxurious yet calm accommodations; and a fully operational 220-acre farm serving a vast array of on-site dining amenities.

The East Course at The Fall Line won Golf Digest’s “Best New Private Course in America for 2025.” The West Course is well-suited to win in 2026. The signature verticals open in 2026.

We lead a national network of highly-talented specialists in the fields of golf, hospitality, fitness, operations, landscape, interiors, lighting, building engineering, landscape, civil, and site design.

HOLL Architects launched in 2025 by Randall Holl, AIA after the passing of his mentor, Howard Backen, AIA. They worked closely until Howard’s passing in 2024.

HOLL Architects is the premiere design firm for where the world of golf hospitality, recreation, and club experience is going.
