Center for Sustainable Living, Sonoma, CA. Master-planned 12-acre site; 16 buildings; two phases. Sustainable education and retreat center with farm-to-table culinary, training, and hospitality facilities.
Collaborator with Minneapolis-based firm Snow Kreilich on proposals for a 40-story hotel/residential tower in Rochester, MN and a natatorium for a prestigious private school near Minneapolis.

The new School of Medicine for the Virginia Commonwealth University comprises a medical education and research complex with teaching spaces, simulation and clinical skills, research, a 250-seat auditorium, student interaction areas, public spaces and a bridge to an adjacent hospital.
Held integral role from competition through construction, led team as BIM pilot project for PCF.
The Tivoli Edge, Tivoli Gardens, Copenhagen, Denmark
25,000 m2; $120,000,000;
4-story steel structure with intelligent, undulating, glazed curtain wall. The project addresses the redevelopment of the edge of a renowned, historic, publicly-accessible garden and cultural/amusement facility.
The design includes mixed-use, high-end retail, dining, entertainment, and luxury hotel program functions. Lead designer and project manager.
Traveled to London to conduct meetings on feasibility and budget.
Ongoing travel to Copenhagen for design reviews and presentations with clients, consultants, and prospective tenants.
Curated exhibition concurrent with press release and public review of project. Construction to begin 2017.

50,000 m2 mixed-use development in historic district near the Old City in Jerusalem.
Two 25-story, reinforced concrete residential towers clad in Jerusalem stone implementing a living facade; and a 6-story boutique hotel, health club & spa on main thoroughfare.
Successful site planning preserves five existing historic structures.
Conceptual design and development were executed using parametric design and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
As Job Captain/Project Architect, I played a key role in all aspects of the project, from contract negotiations through creation of project presentations and design development; traveled to Jerusalem to partake in successfully passing project through Department of Historic Preservation and Jerusalem City Council.
