• Attended community board and committee meetings as an active and concerned resident of the neighborhood.

• Participant in planning of fundraising and awareness events throughout Manhattan to raise money to help feed, clothe, educate and provide shelter for orphans and street-children throughout India. Provide consultation and input with charity founder and board of directors on varying aspects of charity operations and initiatives.

• Helped set-up and host one of the fifteen stops along the annual neighborhood tour.

NYC Cool Roofs Pilot Project, Community Environmental Center (CEC), New York, NY

• Added reflective surfacing to rooftops to reduce city temps by one-degree, saving $100,000 in energy consumption.
